Spring  Enrichment 

After School Enrichment Schedule Spring 2019!
5-6 weeks of fun

 

Due to the high volume of registration and our system capabilities, to minimize the risk of system overload registration opening times will be split:
 

  • Preschool Registration 12th March at 9am

  • JK Registration 13th March at 9 am

  • K-5th Registration  14th March at 9 am

 

 

Class Dates:  Monday 8th April through to Thursday 23th May, 5 -6 weeks

Note: Early dismissal school days: 5/16 (Thurs.) 

Note: No class days: Thurs. 18th April through Wed 24th April (Easter vacation break)

  • All classes at Sacred Heart start immediately after school so parents can enjoy the extra hour and the convenience of not having to transport their children to programs all over the city and suburbs.  

  • Kids LOVE the variety of innovative and fun activities with their friends and enjoy the interaction with kids from multiple grades

  • Every dollar of profit goes directly to the Sacred Heart budget and lowers our overall school tuition costs

Notice to Parents:                                                                                                                                     

Registrations are time stamped in the database and are processed first come, first served.  The database does not have the ability to close when a class maximum number is achieved (this is a manual process) so if your registration is processed on the system but exceeds the teacher or vendor class maximum number you will be contacted            within 24 hours and provided a refund.                                                                                             

                                                                                                                                                                     

Once you process your registration, there will be no refunds issued unless a class has     been cancelled due to low enrollment, or registration exceeds class maximum.  Due to the contracts that we have with our vendors and teachers, as well as for administrative reasons, we cannot give refunds or prorate class fees.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Please be courteous to our instructors and ensure that your children are picked up    promptly at dismissal time as many of our instructors have to leave after dismissal to teach other classes at other locations.
